South Cotabato – Spay/Neuter Initiative
On December 16th, 2011 DVM Dan Hiceta conducted a Spay/Neuter program in his Hometown in South Cotabato. The program was sponsored by CARA with the help of a donor who would like to remain anonymous.
It was conducted in Barangay Cabuling Banga, South Cotabato.
A total of 11 female dogs were spayed on the first day from 9am-3pm followed on the second day by neutering 15 male dogs and 3 cats. He was assisted by his mother in the surgeries.
