Frankie was an abandoned Shih Tzu found wandering in Cubao with severe mange. When he got to our clinic, he was quiet and seemed depressed.
After just a few months, he has recovered from his mange and is now a happy little dog with his new furparents and siblings. Thank you to Regina and her family for giving Frankie his furever home!Special thanks to Royal Canin Philippines for the adoption kit!
