CARA is Hiring A Full Time Office Secretary & Clinic Admin! Posted on Tuesday, 6 February 2018

Job Title: Office Secretary

The successful applicant will be working from Monday to Saturday at the CARA Clinic in Mandaluyong (near Shaw/EDSA).
Qualifications:
1. Must be a true animal lover, have a passion for animal welfare and understand CARA’s mission & vision
2. College graduate, with computer skills
3. Knowledge in graphic design/photoshop/photography is not necessary but is a plus
4. Must be a team player (Willing to work with volunteers)
5. Organized and resourceful
6. Motivated and ready to take initiative
7. Willing to be trained
8. Fluent in English and Tagalog

 

Job Title: Clinic Administrator

The successful applicant will be working from Monday to Saturday at the CARA Clinic in Mandaluyong (near Shaw/EDSA).
Same qualifications as Office Secretary but he/she will focus on:
1. Scheduling and assisting clients ,
2.Preparing clinic-specific reports
3. Keeping track of inventory and supplies specific to clinic operations, and related functions
