Though CARA was at full capacity at that time, we couldn’t turn a blind eye to this mangy pup that was reported to us. His mange was so bad, that his body was painfully crusty and sore all over.
Fast forward to more than a year after.. and look at him now!
Marty is 2 years old and is a very affectionate, active dog. He is also good with cats and other dogs. 🙂
